Every house and homes and every one and cities using pipe system for  water and another things.
Water for wash and drink and for every thing at all countries and all the world.
My invention and the new idea that can be improved to the suitable usage for this purpose.



The vaccum pressure at a very big volume of a closed cylender with strong boundaries making the flow of water or fluids .
This flow because of pressure differences and helping or no need for using pumps.
Or as a backup of the pump if this pump depends on electric power or when ay failure happens.
The design depends on fuid flow , and improvements for preventing the air or gas from entering the cylinder.
For high or very high buildings this idea may help for any thing happens to the pumps.
This vaccum cylinder is different from the Reserve wate cylinder if it is exists.
This vaccum cylinder is not connected to the network of pipes of every valve .
This vaccum cylinder can feed the Reseve cylinder when the safe state and equilibrium of pressures.
Manual feed or control can be used.
This may help and add useful thing , if a similar thing exists then OK , if not , then it is a usful idea for all the people.
