Then when any one wants to buy or sell aything , local or international then he will use his mobile and this s/w international system , that must has the required safety and security , and international laws .

At any markets or at street can one pay to one by only using this system .
They must have mobile phones.
One option that remark that the operation completed but the person does not have money now , if the other person accepts this , then sell or buy the things , they want , and the law can be used at any time , to give everyone his rights , Universally .
This software is ( universal signature ) .
Everybody if having bank account or not but he must have an international number also some passwords that he can improve at any time , say 10 passwords related to this international number.
Then when he used it looks like , he gave signature on an official doccument.
while he now having or not , but when use then he made signature , and laws can operate at every electronic international operation.
Some advantages , another things need improvements , but all this , will be in the future , can be a new real thing.
